Purpose Of the job:

Provide thought leadership and execute the digital transformation roadmap with various technology areas. Perform ongoing assessment of products, services and technology trends. Responsible for building solutions within the banking and financial services vertical, supporting customers across the Bank.

Job Responsibilities:

Produce and recommend technical architecture for the business.

Develops and implement policies and procedures with regards to the banking operations and responsible for creating a next generation Digital Solutions business.

Design enterprise architecture to integrate emerging technologies such as block chain, cognitive computing ( AI, Machine learning), micro services, etc. for world class organization covering target application portfolio, technology architecture and interface standards, information architecture, customer / user experience, and the relating governance model/process.

Formalizing the value proposition and go-to-market strategy for the prioritized solutions.

Collaborate with Heads of Businesses, product managers, engineers and data scientists for process and evolve and improve design systems to make sure the team has access to the best tools.

Monitor & assess new developments in technology space and lead integration of necessary changes in the operations.

Provide thought leadership and IT transformation recommendations in various technology areas. Perform ongoing assessment of products, services and technology trends.

Responsible for building solutions & service lines and lead large delivery teams servicing global customers.

Co-ordination of multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of offshore projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality within the planned cost & schedule.
