Chief Information Officer

Job Summary:

- We are seeking exceptional Chief Information Officer (CIO) candidates to setup and drive a global capability center for one of our client.

- The CIO will develop and implement innovative technology strategies, drive digital transformation, and oversee the management of our client organization's information technology (IT) systems, infrastructure, and resources.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, technological expertise, and business acumen.

Job Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Board of Directors.

Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify technology-enabled business opportunities.

- Foster innovation, experimentation, and calculated risk-taking.

IT Operations:

- Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, data management, and cybersecurity.

- Ensure reliable, efficient, and secure IT services.

- Manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.

Leadership and Management:

- Lead and develop a high-performing IT team.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

- Mentor and coach IT staff to enhance skills and expertise.

Digital Transformation:

- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance business operations.

- Identify and implement emerging technologies

- Develop and execute a data analytics strategy.

Risk Management and Compliance:

- Ensure IT compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Develop and implement IT risk management and cyber-security strategies.

- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate IT strategies and plans to stakeholders.

- Build strong relationships with business leaders, vendors, and partners.

- Represent the organization in industry forums and conferences.

Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum 22 Years of experience in Information Technology industry.

- Minimum 3 years of IT leadership experience in a CIO or Head of Technology role.

- Experience in managing innovative technologies in Data Management and Artificial Intelligence.

- Proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation.

- Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and budgets.

- Experience in Transitioning IT systems to different geographies will be an added advantage.
