Job Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Location: NCR Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Lead the company's technology and data strategy with a focus on transforming core business processes through digitalization. The CIO will lead cross-functional teams to streamline and digitalize these key processes, enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- MBA or relevant certifications in AI, automation, or digital transformation are a plus.

Experience:

- 15+ years of leadership experience in technology roles, with a focus on digital transformation, AI, and automation.

- Experience with product development, SaaS platforms, and service-driven organizations is highly preferred.

Technical:

- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, and cloud computing.

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, IT infrastructure, and system integration.

- Experience with data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
