Client - A Series E funded established brick-and-mortar asset-heavy Retail Unicorn
Designation - CHRO / VP HR
Reporting To - Co-founder and CEO
Location - Gurgaon
Role Summary - Head HR for Corporate, Tech, and Field employees i.e. total headcount of ~4500.
Ideal Candidate Profile :- 10-16 years of experience from a premier B-School such as TISS/ XLRI/ SIBM, etc.
- excellent strategic Corporate HR experience with strong exposure to field/ sales HR as well as COE functions.
- Ability to throve in a fast-paced environment who has ideally worked in Startup and has the experience in building end to end HR Vertical almost from scratch setting up the processes to scale quickly
Roles And Responsibilities :- Designing the organizational structure and leading the entire HR function, department, and team. (Current Organisation Size Off Roll + On Roll ~ 5000 employees)
- Spearheading and driving the people strategy in synergy with business strategy
- Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Management)
- Lead the leadership development interventions in line with future talent strategy
- Develop and implement innovative engagement schemes and HR interventions to achieve and sustain high engagement
