Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our leadership team at a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of extensive HR experience, with a strong background in HR transformation, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development. This role is critical for driving HR strategies that support business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure effective HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic HR Leadership :

- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.

- Partner with the executive team to provide strategic HR guidance and drive business growth.

- Lead HR transformation initiatives to enhance HR capabilities and improve organizational effectiveness.

HR Transformation :

- Oversee the design and implementation of HR transformation projects, including process improvements and technology enhancements.

- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new HR practices and systems.

- Continuously assess and evolve HR functions to meet the changing needs of the business.

Compensation and Benefits :

- Develop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

- Ensure compensation practices are fair, compliant with regulations, and aligned with industry standards.

- Regularly review and enhance benefits offerings to support employee well-being and engagement.

HR Policy Development :

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure HR policies are compliant with labor laws and regulations, and reflect best practices.

- Regularly review and update policies to ensure they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

Talent Management :

- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.

- Implement succession planning and leadership development programs to ensure a robust talent pipeline.

- Drive performance management processes to enhance employee productivity and engagement.

Employee Relations and Engagement :

- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

- Implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being and work-life balance.

HR Compliance and Risk Management :

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that mitigate risk and promote ethical behavior.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.

HR Technology and Analytics :

- Leverage HR technology and data analytics to drive informed decision-making and improve HR processes.

- Implement HR systems and tools that enhance efficiency and provide actionable insights.

- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience :

- Minimum of 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior HR leadership role.

- Proven experience in HR transformation, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development within a manufacturing environment.

Skills :

- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

- Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics.
