EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 18+ years of solid HR experience in high growth environments/sectors.
- Experience of managing scale and multi-site manufacturing facilities.
- Experience of change management / leading businesses through growth phase successfully.
- Understanding of best-in-class practices pertaining to recruitment, learning & development, comp & ben, leadership development & succession, workforce planning and performance management
- Global HR experience, acquisition-integration experience, an advantage.
- Exposure to interacting with the Board will be an advantage
- Education: MBA from a premier institute with an HR background
