Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & HR Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO, executive leadership team, and senior managers to shape organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide leadership and direction in key areas such as employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Foster a culture that promotes collaboration, transparency, accountability, and innovation across all levels of the organization.
- Lead initiatives to build a business mindset across the organization, empowering employees to align their individual performance with company goals.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and equitable work environment.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, focusing on building a diverse and capable workforce for the future.
- Develop and implement employee development programs to build leadership capabilities and promote continuous learning.
- Ensure effective onboarding, training, and career progression pathways to retain top performers and enhance employee satisfaction.
Employee Relations & Retention:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace dynamics.
- Implement employee retention strategies to minimize turnover, particularly in key talent segments and critical business areas.
- Develop and communicate clear HR policies and ensure consistent application across the organization.
Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts across the organization to facilitate smooth transitions during periods of growth, transformation, or restructuring.
- Conduct organizational assessments and provide insights on workforce productivity, team dynamics, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that HR technology and systems are optimized to support organizational goals and streamline processes.
Compliance, Risk Management & ESG:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices to mitigate risk, safeguard the company's interests & comply with evolving Framework.
Sustainability & Growth:
- Partner with the executive team to ensure the HR function supports the company's sustainability initiatives, including workforce planning for long-term growth and scalability.
- Identify trends and external factors (economic, regulatory, etc.) that may impact talent acquisition, retention, and organizational health.
- Lead efforts to ensure HR practices support the company's social responsibility initiatives, including sustainability and community engagement.
