Role: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Reporting: CEO Location: Pune Summary The CHRO will be responsible for developing and executing the talent strategy in alignment with the client's vision and strategic direction. The individual will lead the People and Culture function; translate broad strategies into specific structures, plans, and processes. The individual will align the talent strategy to be an employer of choice within the client's industry. Responsibilities - Develop overall people strategy and work with the leadership team to proactively identify people needs, build awareness within the organisation of the strategic importance of people practices; and define culture of talent management throughout the organization - The individual will partner with business leaders across functions, businesses and geography to ensure business goals and people objectives are aligned and adopted across the firm. - Lead and manage the overall HR team. Guide and mentor the team of HR professionals. Desired Experience - Proven experience in IT/ITES space. - Individuals with 15+ years of progressive experience with keen interest in developing people practices are desirable for the role. - Strong business acumen to help build people strategy and processes in line with organization's business objectives. - Strong knowledge of HR Strategy, Systems & Processes
