Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Human Resources Officer.

- As the Chief HR Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing Human Resources functions and ensuring the effective development and implementation of HR policies.

- Your day-to-day tasks will include employee relations, talent management, performance management, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications: 18+ years of experience in HR domain.

- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and principles.

- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Proven expertise in employee relations and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.

- Talent management skills, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee/talent development.

- Performance management experience, including performance evaluation and feedback.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

- Experience with HRIS software and other HR tools.

- Must have certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
