A leading IT services organisation is seeking to hire the undersaid
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to design & lead multi-year HR strategy. Has experience of undertaking the AOP process while owning the HR related P&L.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Skilfully manage multiple teams and oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety. Shall create and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Join forces with senior leadership to bring to fruition the well-defined company culture through strategic story-telling i.e. reinforce company's values with every initiative and communication.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs by collaborating with department/division heads; develops and executes best practices for hiring, talent management, executive coaching & leadership training.
- Conducts research and analysis of organisational trends including review of reports and metrics by setting up and managing the HRMS.
- Monitors and ensures the organisation's compliance with national, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
- Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:
- MBA in Human Resources from a Tier-I or Tier-II business school
- Has experience of working as Senior HR manager in a large to medium sized IT/ITES organizations for atleast 4-to-5 years or more.
