Role Details:
- This role will be responsible for leading end to end all People-related aspects of the group and build the organisation as a destination of choice for top talent.
- Work with business leaders across companies to standardize HR processes that will support the growth and development of the business, in line with the company's vision, values, culture and the changing face of the organisation
- Be the driving force behind creating a strong performance culture which is independent of personal and professional biases
- Continuously focus on building talent in the organisation, to ensure the right capability is available to achieve the organisation's goals
- Define and deploy a strong employee value proposition that can enable talent attraction and retention
- Monitor all talent management programs (learning & development, rewards and recognition etc.) for effective implementation
- Contribute as a business leader, understand cost effectiveness, and be accountable for the measurement of all HR programs and processes
- Ensure that the highest standards of compliance and ethics are embedded into the organization
- Strategic partner to business on people issues (guide, consult, and support) and provide a road map for effective governance
- Build the employee brand by managing presence on visibility through multiple channels, such as social media, industry forums, campus etc.
Ideal Candidate would have:
- Tier 1 Institute Educational Background
- Mix of experience in working in promoter driven organization, working in both a start-up and in a top tier company with established HR practices
- Experience bracket in the 15-18 years range
