Chief Human Resources Officer - FMCG

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our leadership team as the Chief Human Resource Officer for our consumer goods company. As the Chief Human Resource Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and implementing effective human resource strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

2. Develop and implement the company's human resource strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

3. Develop and lead employee development initiatives, including training programs and career development opportunities.

4. Drive employee engagement and performance management efforts to create a high performance culture Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment legislations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resource management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

2. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with demonstrated experience ensuring compliance.

3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.

4. Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are highly desired.
