Position based with a Consumer company in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy in sync with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Spearhead the HR functions such as HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Manpower planning, Learning & Development, HR Operations
Work closely with Chief of Sales&Marketing on the org-structure, department level job descriptions, job banding, consolidation etc
Managing Succession Planning
Strong focus on optimizing cost of labour
Culture building, Employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition
Proactively identify and address HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
The ideal candidate possesses:
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience as a senior business partner
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in HR; serves as an advisor to management.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations; may lead projects across departments or areas with a variety of resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
- Drive and ability to create impact in fast paced environments, Resilience to deal with ambiguity and a high demanding role.
