One of leading FMCG manufacturing Industry is looking for Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Location Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Unit : Corporate/Head Office

Reporting to :Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Objective:

To lead transformative human resources strategies that empower organizations to unleash their full potential by cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high-performance, driving sustainable growth and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial:

- Manage the HR budget and resource allocation effectively to maximize return on investment.

- Govern the creation of comprehensive strategies to recruit and retain the human capital needed to meet company objectives.

- Partner with finance to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structures.

- Analyze HR metrics and leverage data-driven insights to drive cost optimization and productivity improvements.

Customer:

- Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and leadership team, aligning HR priorities with the organization's goals.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to enable seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

- Serve as the voice of the employees and champion their interests at the leadership table.

- Oversee employee relations initiatives by managing conflicts, promoting effective communication channels and fostering a positive culture.

Process:

- Oversee the design and implementation of efficient HR policies, processes, and systems to support the organization's growth.

- Ensure seamless employee lifecycle management, including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, and separation.

- Spearhead the transformation of HR function to be more strategic, data-driven, and digitally enabled.

- Direct the selection and implementation of HR technology systems to streamline and optimize HR processes and aid decision making.

- Build a future-ready, high-performing, and engaged workforce by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

- Strengthen the organization's leadership pipeline and succession planning.

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven work culture that aligns with the company's values.

- Launch initiatives that promote the spirit of diversity and inclusion by developing and implementing equity promoting strategies.

Education:

- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing transformative human resource strategies and initiatives.

- Demonstrated expertise in leading organizational development, talent management, and change management programs.

- Strong understanding of HR technology, data analytics, and digital transformation.

- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at the leadership level.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
