Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Location: 100% Remote with Monthly Travel to Company HQ.
Compensation: Based on Experience and Qualifications, Subject to Base Salary and Bonus.
Position Overview:
- Our client is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and oversee the organization's human capital strategy, culture, and people operations.
- In this fully remote role, the CHRO will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that align the workforce with organizational goals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, and ensuring compliance with global HR best practices.
- This position requires monthly travel to the company's headquarters for strategic collaboration and planning with the executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive human capital strategy that supports the organization's mission and long-term goals.
- Drive organizational change initiatives, including workforce transformation, DEI strategies, and leadership development.
- Oversee the talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent.
- Partner with executive leadership to create a culture aligned with the company's values and vision.
- Lead the design and implementation of performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and global HR best practices.
- Build and manage a high-performing HR team that delivers exceptional results.
- Collaborate across functions to drive employee engagement and optimize the employee lifecycle.
- Develop and manage HR analytics to measure and report on workforce performance and organizational health.
- Champion initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree in HR preferred.
- Extensive experience as a CHRO or in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a high-growth or transformational environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
- Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and global HR practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while fostering collaboration across global teams.
- Experience managing change and driving cultural transformation within an organization.
