As the organization embarks on an ambitious growth journey, the organization is seeking an exceptional leader to join its executive ranks as Vice President Talent Management. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CHRO, with a clear succession pathway to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). It presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of work and talent in a digitally evolving enterprise.
The Top Leadership Role:
- As Vice President Talent Management, you will play a critical role in driving a transformative, global talent agenda. This is a strategic leadership position tasked with designing and implementing comprehensive talent frameworks that attract, develop, and retain world-class talent in alignment with the organizations long-term business vision.
- You will be at the forefront of building future-ready HR capabilitiesleading initiatives that blend digital innovation, human-centric experiences, and organizational agility. This is a role that goes beyond functional excellence, calling for a visionary leader ready to step into enterprise-wide impact and succession into the CHRO role.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Planning:
- Architect a unified talent management strategy aligned with the organizations growth, culture transformation, and future-of-work objectives.
Leadership Development & Succession:
- Create robust leadership pipelines and succession plans for critical roles across global operations.
Performance & Learning Ecosystems:
- Redefine performance management frameworks and continuous learning programs that nurture agility, innovation, and excellence.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Champion initiatives that deepen employee connection, engagement, and a shared sense of purpose across a distributed workforce.
Workforce Analytics & AI Integration:
- Harness the power of people analytics and AI to drive data-backed talent decisions and workforce planning.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
- Promote inclusive talent practices to foster diversity of thought, equitable opportunity, and a culture of belonging.
Global Talent Operations:
- Ensure effective and scalable delivery of talent initiatives, leveraging modern HR technologies and global best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MBA HR from XLRI or Similar exceptionally pedigreed B-schools-IIM's.
- 1520 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Strategic HR, preferably within digital-first or technology-led global enterprises.
- Strategic business mindset with the ability to partner with CXOs and influence at the board level.
- Empathetic, agile, and inclusive leadership style, coupled with a strong executive presence and collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
