- Reporting to MD, you will be responsible to drive end-to-end Human Resources agenda for India from hiring to compensation and benefits, learning & development to talent management
- You will work very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organization culture and foster growth
Ideal candidate :
- At least 15 years of experience in HR Generalist roles including Talent acquisition, HRBP, Talent Management and HR Strategy
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a must
- Prior experience with technology organizations is a must have
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to influence
