Drives design of key HR initiatives based on strategic priorities 3. Acts as an Advisor /Guide for all people aspects of the Growth/ Transformation Plan and the 3.0 Organization Design as a catalyst of change working with key leaders 4. Champions the Company values and positions Company as a Great Place to work 5. Introduces automation and Insights-based decision making for all key People Processes 6. Builds a culture of performance working with the Leaders and Regional Heads 7. Uses a clear and consistent messaging on Culture, a 3.0 workstyle and Values, and relevant initiatives to ensure the right culture seeps into the organization Candidate Requirements : 1. Strong exp in the HR Operations 2. Prior exp in L & D -Culture setting, Assessment Design, Matrix Formulation, Skill Enhancement. 3. Corporate Exposure in Business Strategy Formulation 4. Deep Business Knowledge 5. Prior Exp in Huge Transformation / Acquisition / Merger
