Chief Human Resource Officer - Manufacturing Firm

As they continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to lead their HR department and support employees.

Position Overview:

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will be responsible for leading the human resources function and developing strategies to support the company's overall business objectives. You will oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Should be good with managing compliances.

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.

- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts.

- Implement performance management systems to assess and improve employee performance.

- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations.

- Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- MBA with 20 years of experience in manufacturing industry is preferable, candidate having experience in Baroda location are encouraged to apply.
