Looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to redefine HR for a large manufacturing organization. This role requires a problem solver who applies first principles thinking to HR challenges, leverages new-age HR practices, and fosters a high-intent, high-performing culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute a modern HR strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on performance, engagement, and innovation.
- Reimagine HR from first principles, challenging conventional approaches and implementing fresh, effective methodologies.
- Build a data-driven HR function that uses people analytics for decision-making and performance optimization.
Culture & Organization Design:
- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance across all levels.
- Ensure the organization is future-ready by structuring teams for agility, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Champion employee experience initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
- Establish a best-in-class hiring strategy that attracts top talent passionate about manufacturing excellence.
- Develop robust learning and development programs that equip employees with skills for today and the future.
- Implement succession planning and leadership development to build a strong talent pipeline.
Performance & Rewards:
- Redefine performance management with a focus on real-time feedback, continuous learning, and measurable impact.
- Implement innovative rewards and recognition programs that drive motivation and align with business objectives.
- Align compensation strategies with high-performance behaviors and long-term business success.
Technology & HR Automation:
- Leverage cutting-edge HR tech and AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and employee experience.
- Automate key HR processes for efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
- Drive data-backed decision-making to improve employee lifecycle management.
Change Management & Employee Relations:
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
- Build trust and strong relationships across the workforce through transparent communication and employee advocacy.
- Create policies that are progressive, employee-centric, and business-aligned.
Successful Candidate:
- 15 plus years of experience in Human resources, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- MBA or equivalent degree in HR, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- First-principles thinker with a proven track record of challenging traditional HR norms.
- Strong understanding of new-age HR practices, organizational psychology, and employee motivation.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment or similar high-performance industry.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with execution, making data-driven yet human-centric decisions.
- Experience in driving digital transformation and leveraging HR technology.
- Passion for building high-intent, high-performing teams.
- Expertise in HR analytics, digital HR tools, and innovative talent strategies.
