A dynamic and innovative leader in E-commerce, is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the CHRO/Head of Human Resources. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our talent strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving the HR function to new heights.
Role Overview: The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources department. This role is crucial in ensuring legal compliance and implementing the organization's mission and talent strategy.
Qualifications:
- 15 to 20 years of total work experience in reputed Indian and/or MNC organizations, with a track record of contributing to exemplary HR systems and practices.
- Proven experience in Startups, Edtech, Fintech, or e-commerce industries.
- Extensive background in strategic HR areas, including M&A, Performance and Talent Management, PMS, Leadership Development, Restructuring, Change Management, and Rewards.
- Minimum of 5 years in a corporate HR role at a Senior Management level.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies with the organization's goals and strategy.
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement HR policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support compliance and strategic needs.
- Administer human resource programs such as compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs; evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes, and interventions to foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends using HRIS or talent management systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Stay abreast of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law; communicate changes to upper management.
- Develop and implement the departmental budget.
- Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
- Drive the development and implementation of high-impact learning and development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
- Establish strong partnerships with the business to understand current issues and opportunities related to learning and development.
- Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure employees have the required competencies.
