As a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), you will be responsible for steering the organization through a hi-growth phase in a sustainable manner- ensuring the right mix of processes and agility.
What you will do:
- Scaling up talent acquisition - building inhouse capabilities, investing in employer branding, setting up processes for superior jobseeker experience and ensuring that top quality talent joins the organization in a time-bound manner
- Partnering business leaders to drive better employee engagement, retention and and performance management
- Handling various compliance related elements like POSH, labor laws relating to gig workers etc
- Building a strong culture that is professional, transparent, encourages new ideas from all the employees and one that also enables growth and adds value to the business and employees
- Providing leadership, strategizing and overseeing the development of HR processes and policies and ensuring the achievement of the overall business objectives
- Establishing strong HR processes and functions that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and vision
- Being a strategic HR advisor and also a SPOC in presenting the HR needs, plans and ideas to the Executive Management team
Desired Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Graduation + MBA in HR from Tier-1 B-School
- Relevant work experience of 4-8 years with a mix of experience across functional areas like TA, HRBP etc
- Experience of working in a start-up is highly desirable, in addition to experience of working in a company with strong well established HR practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, listening, interpersonal and analytical skills
