We need someone who has played a strategic leadership role in HR such as automation, cultural shift, change management, transformation, etc. specifically at the corporate role and not at the Plant level.
We need candidates who have worked at the corporate level only.
- Responsible for the organization's vision, mission, values, and targets.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and adherence to company policies/practices.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances
- Responsible for Manpower planning and budgeting.
- Managing the recruitment of quality people and the selection process.
- Ensure that appropriate grading & salary structures are in place to recruit, retain and motivate staff, congruent with the organization's desired culture.
- Lead the exit process and support the teams with the analysis around attrition in consultation with the Leadership Teams.
- Ensuring performance appraisal & merit increase implementation as per the defined process and agreed calendar.
- To support designing/implementing/driving people engagement initiatives such as Rewards and Recognition, Training and Development, etc., and to ensure high employee engagement, recognition, and morale.
- Responsible for developing effective communication systems within the organization.
- Comply and support payroll processing, audit procedures & compliance.
- Effective and timely implementation of HR intranet for policy and procedure updates.
- Responsible for labour laws and other statutory compliances.
- To support in driving Digitization, HR Subsystems viz. talent review, performance management etc.
- Review and monitor the development of the Training Budget and Calendar for all based on the needs identified and ensure adherence to the same.
- Interaction and coordination on HR-related activities with senior management.
