KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership in the area of HR planning and operations. Serve as an operationally oriented leader in driving continued growth.
- Build people capabilities to support strategic growth objectives and individual business needs.
- Lead talent reviews in order to identify top talent and succession planning strategies. Create and implement retention strategies to minimize unwanted attrition, particularly in critical roles, specialty skill sets, and in highly competitive critical marketplaces.
- Instill a culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability and transparency within the entire company
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to assess gaps in the current framework, intake feedback and ensure viability of available information for new training processes.
- Lead annual salary, bonus/commission, and equity planning process with the business leadership, ensuring highest performers are compensated in line with their business impact and contributions.
- Minimize risk to organization by ensuring issues, if any are investigated and addressed in a timely, cost efficient manner.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- 12-16 years experience in HR with Minimum 4 years in Leadership role
- Start up or Tech Org experience is a must
- Should have strong strategic skills to work closely with business leaders.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with an adaptive mind-set and ability to apply structure and strategy in a rapidly evolving environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
