Chief Human Resource Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- Lead and manage the HR team to deliver exceptional HR services and support across the organization.
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies to attract and maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Drive the development and implementation of performance management systems to maximize employee productivity and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and create and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and performance.
- Lead employee relations initiatives and provide guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute workforce planning strategies.
- Enable a positive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Create and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement effective change management strategies to support organizational growth and development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external HR partners and vendors.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
- Lead and support employee wellness and engagement initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure the HR department operates within budget while delivering high-quality services.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior HR management role, with at least 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, change management, and driving organizational culture.
- Certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
- Solid understanding of HR technology and systems, with the ability to leverage technology for HR initiatives.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and integrity.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the HR field.
