Responsibilities - Determine the leading and lagging indicators, measure and achieve organisational goals through a balance scorecard system - Analyse and address attrition issues - Introduce variable compensation and a system of Rewards and Recognition - Outsource peripheral activities wherever possible - Bring in a parity between compensation and performance - Ensure hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups - Evaluate training and development programs - Develop HR policies for all branches, countries, regions Preferred Exposure to running a family-owned business with more than 1000 people and a Pedigree education
