Chief HR Manager - FMCG

We are currently looking for Chief Manager HR with one of the leading conglomerates.

Position : Chief Manager HR

Exp : 10 to 15 years

Role :

- End-to-end HR for the BU managing the entire employee life-cycle starting with manpower planning till exit of the employee with a great focus & emphasis on employee connect, including connect with BU Heads, Sales/ Marketing Heads, other Line Managers, etc.

- Campus Hiring : end to end management of the whole process

- Also, would be required to work on new HR initiatives like Employee Value Proposition, High-Potential Identification & development, formulation of Recruitment Strategy, and any other initiatives that may come up from time-to-time.

This is an Individual Contributor role (no team).

Candidate : Female candidates preferred

Qualification : BE + MBA - HR.- Must

- Should be energetic, self-driven and problem solving approach. No industry preference. Should have experience in an HR generalist role.

CTC - Best in the Industry.

Worked with reputed and named organizations.
