One of our B2B SAAS clients is seeking a Chief/Head of Sales - Global (USA) with proven leadership skills, a successful sales track record, and solid business acumen to join our Global Sales Organization. The role will be able to forecast future sales trends and devise future strategies.
Accountable for leading the sales management team, strategic resource planning, and achieving
company revenue targets This experienced sales leader will manage and motivate multiple Directors, Sales Training, Sales Operations, and Solution Consultants.
You will play a key role in building a successful sales organization, collaborate with Executive leadership to communicate A big SAAS-based software & vision and execute accordingly.
Open to working in Global working hours.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the achievement of operational metrics and sales plan execution throughout the sales organization with the result of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Optimize the growth potential of regions by monitoring revenue achievement, metrics, and feedback.
- Strategically review future growth regions and markets to find additional opportunities for your sales organization.
- Guides and trains teams to accomplish set revenue and product targets.
- Identify new opportunities in the market, and build relationships with prospects as an expert.
- Be the voice of the customer, collaborate with Senior Sales Management, Recruiting, and Sales Enablement and Marketing.
- Develop and implement sales plans focusing on improving sales efficiencies, launching new programs, and other local promotional activities.
- Oversee the execution of the sales plan in the Global market to meet/exceed sales goals
- Identify opportunities for sales enablement and training materials and/or programs to aid your team in executing the sales process and quota achievement.
- Responsible for resource planning, recruitment, productivity, and review performance of the global sales team.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate your sales Managers on people management and quota achievement.
- Establish account relationships with key decision makers, when necessary, to drive large deals forward.
Ideal Candidate:
- 15+ years of sales management experience with 3+ years of Director of Sales Experience dealing with SAAS, CRM, and Enterprise sales. (US/Europe market experience is mandatory)
- Must have managed business revenue of 25M ARR to 50MARR.
- Proven record of managing end-to-end sales processes across global regions.
- Successful track record in a high-volume sales environment selling value.
- Experience managing multiple departments in an inside sales environment to hitting quota and scaling leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with 50% focus operationally and 50% strategic.
- Ability to hire and train for any roles in the sales unit.
- Ability to scale internal resources into managers or hire externally and scale.
