- The CGO/CRO will be working closely with the founding partners for new client acquisition and drive strategy for a fast track Indian and Global market expansion in the B2B agribusiness and food/commodity businesses.
- This individual will be leading business development of products as well as services (Hardware
- Sales + SAAS Subscription Models) while being supported by a team members including
- CRM/Mkt Research Analysts from premier institutes, digital sales team, and senior leadership
- (SMEs) for each commodity vertical . This team will eventually grow to a globally positioned team working with leading B2B and B2G institutions worldwide. The Topline growth expected of this team will be in various verticals of agribusinesses/commodities like Beverages, Tea, Milk, Grains, Oilseeds, Spices and it is expected for the candidate to be well conversant with various commodity supply chains and the issues faced.
Ideal Candidate: Candidate with good pedigree (B School or Technical Institute), combination of start up and Consulting background with significant experience in managing B2B sales for tech products with SaaS subscription/delivery Models.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- B2B Sales in ( SaaS OR Cloud OR Hardware OR PAAS)
- MBA Regular is must have.
- Experience 8 to 18 Years only
- Current CTC Should be more than 40 LPA Fixed.
- Communicated and built relationships with management team companies/organizations (domestic or international)
- Created cross team collaboration to drive growth, and to deliver cohesive client service excellence
- Built SAAS modules (understanding of SAAS software)
- Driven innovation and a growth mindset
- Enabled organization-wide execution of growth-generating strategies
- Lead a P&L, achieved a top line of Rs 20 million and above
- Lead and built teams of 8-10+ people over a period of 2-3 years
