Hiring for a "Chief Growth Officer" In a leading Retail Distribution Company.

HQ - Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion

- Leading efforts to acquire new customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Build customer retention strategies.

- Leveraging data analytics to optimize marketing, sales, and operational processes for enhanced growth and efficiency

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Supply chains, sales, marketing, and finance

- Oversee marketing strategies and manage multiple vendors to ensure promotional activities are executed with transparency and efficiency without compromising the turnaround time of the marketing deliverables.

- Ensure that our procurement practices remain agile, enabling rapid responses to market demands while upholding our commitment to integrity.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, balancing relationship-building with the achievement of our growth objectives.

- Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity to formulate growth strategies

- Build agility through new technologies and business efficiency processes

- Understand possible business pitfalls, and build resilience in the brand/product portfolio.

- Be an honest, guiding light to top management on future initiatives.

Key Skills:

- Strategic thinking and planning

- Leadership skills in engaging with senior teams and in building new businesses

- Data-driven decision-making and analytics expertise

- Technical skills with expertise in 2-3 domains, preferably from B2B & B2C.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executives

- Experience in driving growth through innovation, partnerships, and market expansion.

- Must have good negotiation skills, etc.
