- 15-20 years of experience in IT services & solution sales in US Healthcare domain with senior leadership experience of at least 7 years.
- Must have experience of IT services sales in US Healthcare markets
- Responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, delivering strong revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Explore new revenue streams and identify opportunities to diversify
- Closely Collaborate with the Solutions team to keep the competitive edge
- Hire, develop, train and energize a high performing sales and marketing team.
- Take accountability of Annual Revenue run rate, Revenues, Order bookings and gross margins
- Strategic thinking in building business
- Proven track record in Building teams & providing Leadership in Sales and Marketing
- A strong sense of ownership and willingness to lead from the front
- Enthusiasm and self-confidence.
