Role Summary:
The role holder is responsible for growing new businesses and new pipelines. He/She must have a deep understanding of the industry to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, often in conjunction with Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales by exhibiting commercial leadership with respect to all sales activities in order to achieve/ exceed Individual Sales targets consistently.
- Setting up processes and creating a streamlined structure for the sales vertical
- Developing new business opportunities and proactively ensuring closure of prospects
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Getting new business and clients onboarded & researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes, business decks, presentations and proposals for prospective clients along with the presales team
- Setting goals, facilitating training for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Leverage and build relationships, thus developing new opportunities and leads with existing clients

Skills are requirements:
- 8+ Years of experience in Sales (Preferably for the BPO/IT/ITES Industry)
- A hunter by nature; ability to open and close the sale from start to finish
- MBA Degree in business, marketing, communication, or any other related field from a Premium Business School
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Able to generate sales and financial reports required by management and team when needed
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including entry-level to executive and C- Level
- Strong customer service orientation
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
- Problem-solving ability along with a strategic mindset
- Willingness to move to US if the business need arises
