Position: Chief Growth Officer

Reports to: The CEO

Position Overview:

- The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and providing strategic leadership for driving the company's growth.

- Working alongside the CEO to establish strong partnership links, management of the core operations of the organization, and act as the 'face' of the organization for representative and stakeholder functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work as part of the Senior Management to prepare strategic plans and budgets ensuring their alignment with the CEO's vision for the company's short-term and long-term objectives.

- Analyze past data and current market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition strategies, enhancing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth.

- Managing the P&L, ensuring the overall profitability of the business, and leading the expansion.

- Overseeing all operations, departments, and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

- Lead and motivate subordinates to develop a high-performing managerial team, act as a role model for the organization's mission, and provide high-quality and visible leadership to all staff.

Required Qualifications:

- Overall 15-20 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in the Chief Growth Officer role or a similar managerial position.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

- Experience in handling large BU's, developing profitable strategies, and implementing vision.

- Familiarity with managing diverse business functions such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance etc.

- Good in building trust relations with key internal and external stakeholders.
