Chief Growth Officer
Sales & Enrolment Management:
- Lead end-to-end enrollment processes, from prospect identification to student Enrollment
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the enrollment funnel
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize conversion rates
- Develop innovative approaches to reach and engage prospective students globally
- Design and oversee implementation of CRM strategies
Strategic Leadership & Growth:
- Design and execute comprehensive enrollment strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Develop and manage revenue targets while maintaining educational quality standards
- Build and lead high-performing enrollment and admissions teams
- Create scalable processes for student acquisition and enrollment management
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align growth strategies with institutional objectives
Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enrollment team
- Set clear goals and accountability measures for team members
- Create and maintain a metrics-driven, high-energy sales culture
- Implement best practices in sales training and development
- Manage performance evaluations and career development plans
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Collaborate with marketing team to align enrollment and marketing strategies
- Contribute to brand positioning and value proposition development
- Oversee the development of enrollment marketing materials
- Guide digital marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education enrollment management
- Proven track record of achieving substantial enrollment growth in online degree programs
- Experience managing teams of 10+ enrollment professionals
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of higher education sales cycles and student recruitment
- Experience with CRM systems and enrollment management technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Education Leadership, or related field
- Experience in technology or AI-focused educational programs
- Background in digital marketing
- International student recruitment experience
- Experience with educational technology startups or innovative education models
