We are currently looking for a Chief General Manager- Project Planning & MIS for One of the leading Power sector EPC and Transformer Manufacturing company for their corporate office in Greater Noida.

Company Profile:

Our client is a Star Performer company with EPC, transformer designing and manufacturing capabilities. The Company has undertaken Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") projects relating to construction of substations for transmission and distribution of electric power and erection and commissioning of transmission and distribution lines. In such power sector EPC projects besides supplying transformers, they also typically undertake designing, procurement, erection, testing and commissioning of sub-stations, along with operation and maintenance of such substations on a turn-key basis and erection and commissioning of transmission and distribution lines for setting up transmission and distribution electricity networks up to 400KV class.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India has recognized his Company as a 'Star Export House'. The company has also been awarded "Star Performer Award" by the Engineering Exports Promotional Council of India for Fiscal 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 and again Company has been awarded "Top Exporter Gold Trophy for the Year 2011-12 for medium Enterprise from EEPC India on 15th March 2013& thus bagging the prestigious award for 5th year in succession.

Job Profile:

- Central Planning and Coordination of ongoing projects.

- Preparation of Level I, Level II & Level III schedules.

- Tracking & Update the schedule in weekly & Monthly Basis.

- Keeping a close check on the Milestone schedule review/approval.

- Coordinating with engineering department for timely submission of required data.

- Coordination with Execution of different departments for resources/materials availability, manpower availability

- Coordinating with Execution team to meet the timely Erection & Commissioning activities of plant.

- Coordinating with Procurement Team and expediting delivery of materials in time.

- Escalating Delay Analysis.

- Analyse the critical path in the schedules and catch up plan preparation.

- Escalating Issues within time to vendors / partners, interfacing with them for achieving proper solutions.

- Monitoring/discussing project status, reviewing during the course of project review meetings

- Maintain MIS of site progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis

- Resolution of post supply issues and Erection, Testing & Commissioning support

- State and local agencies approval of engineering drawings for erection

- Ensure that safety and quality controls are well established and monitored on periodic basis

Qualification: BE/ Btech preferably in Electrical Engineering with experience in handling Power Projects, more so in Rural Electrification projects.

Location: Greater Noida

Salary: Best in the Industry (Could range around Rs.25 LPA or more)
