Chief Financial Officer/Vice President - Finance - Consumer Industry

Experience / Exposure:

- Independent in-charge of the Accounts, Taxation, Costing & Finance operations and Reporting.

- MIS & Other information management to the leadership team & Board

- Analyse & define risk / reward profile for the new projects and current on-going projects.

- Collaborate with CEO and COO on developing the operating budget.

- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the strategic plan.

- Work with senior leaders on the strategic vision of the organization including cultivating and fostering strategic relationships and potential alliances; engage in the growth agenda including organic and acquisition strategies.

- Lead and coordinate an integrated financial planning process which includes inputs from sales, product, clinical, actuarial and operational expense units.

- Develop and maintain appropriate product level models to ensure adequate pricing coverage and enhance decision making.

- Provide financial discipline and business decision support to evaluate long term and short terms strategic business opportunities.
