Chief Financial Officer - Textile Manufacturing Firm - CA

Required Qualifications

15-20 years of proven experience in the Textile Manufacturing industry, Yarn manufacturing or a manufacturing industry.

Chartered Accounts qualification is mandatory.

SAP knowledge is necessary

Objectives of this role

- Take responsibility for complete business profit & loss, factory cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting toward driving the company's financial strategy and business performance.

- Coordinate development of factory annual operating, capital, and program budgets as well as reporting for the same

- Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization

- Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well- controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows

- Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action.

- Effective currency hedging for exports business to reduce its exchange rate or currency risk when conducting business transactions with international clients.

- Improve revenue productivity of the factory by implementing effective financial controls.

- Improving raw materials cost optimization by implementing detailed cost tracking, projections under various scenarios, and risk analytics.

- Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the company act, customs duty, income tax, /VAT, etc.
