Chief Financial Officer - Technology Business

The position is for a multinational technology focused organisation having more than 18000 employees across the globe and more than 600 employees in India .

Position: CFO

Qualification & Experience:

- CFO or related job- ex. big consulting firm,like KPMG,Delloite etc-

- To be knowledgeable about account and finance as a CFO

- Experience in M&A

- Experience working with Japanese companies- good understanding for Japanese company's culture - especially business-

Job Description:

Financial Planning, Deal Advisory Group & Cost Optimization :

- Performing the key role of validating business plans, Financial Model, Operation Model & commercial strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation in line with corporate goals. Closely monitoring the revenue targets of units so that quarterly and annually targets are matched.

- Involved deal structuring with Business and advising on various contract clauses

- Managing the budgets at unit level and ensuring cost optimization across organization with various cost control mechanisms

Accounting Functions : 

- Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms as well as ensuring smooth operations of banking process

- Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by way of timely preparation of annual reports ensuring analysing the expenditure on a monthly basis to control expenses

Fund Management/ Budgeting : 

- Taking care of financial systems and management procedures by means of proper budgeting & ensuring that controls are adequate. Controlling budgets in line with annual financial and operation models of the business units

Auditing & Taxation: Deal Pricing and Contract negotiation
