Chief Financial Officer - Startup - CA

CFO | Series A startup | Hyderabad

- The role will provide strategic financial advice and counsel to the Board of Directors and will play a pivotal role in formulating future financial strategies as well as managing the current overall group P&L and the existing Finance & Accounting team

- Responsible for streamlining financial and accounting practices to ensure the company's financial reports are completed timely

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Leading the development and implementation of long-range financial plans and budgets

- Work directly with the founder to help with fund raising and banking realtions

- Overseeing tax planning and compliance activities along with administer & comply with routine compliances such GST monthly returns etc.

- Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls for asset protection and accurate reporting

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations

- CA 8-12 years experience

- Experience with end to end finance including accounting, taxation, FP&A and working capital

- Exposure in debt fund raising is a must
