Chief Financial Officer - Startup - CA

We are a high-growth, VC-funded startup. As we scale rapidly, we're seeking a strategic and seasoned CFO to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth trajectory.

- Provide insights on investment opportunities, risks, and financial performance to support decision-making.

Fundraising:

- Lead fundraising initiatives, engaging with investors to secure funding for our ambitious expansion plans.

- Manage relationships with existing investors, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on financial objectives.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.

- Analyze financial data to drive operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation.

Risk Management:

- Implement robust risk management practices, identifying potential financial challenges and developing mitigation strategies.

Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address any compliance issues.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CFO in a high-growth startup environment.

- Strong understanding of venture capital dynamics and fundraising processes.

- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
