Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive business growth. The CFO will oversee financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, investor relations, funding, and IPO preparation, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Conduct market analysis and financial modelling to inform business decisions.

Financial Management:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.

- Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.

Investor Relations:

- Develop and execute investor relations strategy to engage with institutional investors, analysts, and retail investors.

Funding and Capital Markets:

- Secure funding through debt and equity financing, grants, and tax incentives.

- Explore and evaluate strategic financing options, including project finance, asset-backed securities, and other innovative structures.

IPO Preparation:

- Lead IPO planning and preparation, including financial statement audits, SEC filings, and due diligence.

- Collaborate with investment banks, lawyers, and other advisors to ensure successful IPO execution.

Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, including accounting, treasury, financial planning, and investor relations.

- Foster a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability.

Compliance and Governance:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards (e.g., GAAP, SOX).

- Maintain robust internal controls and financial governance.

Key specifications:

- CA with 15+ years of experience in Finance, with at least 5 years as senior finance executive leading the overall financial objectives of an organization.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, tax laws, capital markets, investor relations and IPO listing.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Strategic thinker with ability to drive business growth.
