Chief Financial Officer - SME - Media Industry

CFO for SME Listed company in Media industry - 8 to 10 years experience - Mumbai

Role & responsibilities:

a. Financial reports both internal and external

b. Financial policies, procedures and systems

ci. Reimbursement strategies, reports and appeals

d. Budgeting systems for both operating and capital budgets

e. Tax returns and tax planning

f. Financial analysis of new programs, acquisitions and business development

g. Patient financial services, including receivables management and patient admissions processes

h. Disbursements (payroll and accounts payable) processing

i. Provide financial information and consultation to management.

j. Interpret current financial trends and respond with appropriate action.

k. Develop strategies to increase cash flow including improvements in revenue cycle management.

l. Ensure compliance with covenants incorporated in financing documents.

m. Negotiate contracts and agreements with third parties.

n. Participate in professional associations and community service activities.

o. Establish monitoring processes and forecasting to position to adjust to changes in value based purchasing.

p. Lead or facilitate strategies and steps for cost containment within the organization.

q. Plan, assign and review work of staff to ensure that group objectives are met. Hire, train, develop and manage staff to ensure that a qualified staff exists to meet group objectives.

r. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
