The Opportunity:

We are looking for the Chief Financial Officer who will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy, driving performance, and ensuring financial sustainability.

Objectives aligned to this role:

Financial Planning, Analysis, Reporting and Controllership, Ideas, and Implementation towards achieving Key Results.

What would you do?

- Lead FP&A, financial controllership, M&A, IPO processes, and Investor Relations.

- Develop FP&A, providing insightful analysis and collaborating with department heads on budgets aligned with organizational goals. Implement KPIs and metrics for evaluating business performance.

- Oversee financial controllership, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.

- Drive M&A initiatives, ensuring successful integration and Navigate IPO processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Develop and execute an investor relations strategy.

Required Skills:

- Proven track record of Financial Planning & Analysis and business partnering.

- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.

Educational qualifications: Master's degree / preferably an advanced degree in Finance
