Chief Financial Officer - Retail/Internet/Online

- As a key member of the Sr. Leadership, you will report to the CEO & the Founder and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company.

- The role will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all Financial/ Accounting related activities of the company. 

- This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, financial analysis and financial control.

- Investor Relationship Management - Leading Debt Fundraising & Supporting Management with Equity Fundraising  

- Managing the Credit rating and the Gross NPA % as per the guidance of the board -

- Managing financial controls and accounting procedures with the help of Finance Manager, this function provides seamless functional support to the business. Building and maintaining a highly motivated team 

- Developing and leveraging relationships with regulators, credit agencies and other financial institutions 

- Execute the financial strategy of the company

 - Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
