Looking for CFOs from Retail / Consumer Industry - Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of finance team within the organization. - Provides team leadership and sets vision, direction and operational excellence for the team. - Accountable for accurate financial transactions pertaining to AR-accounts receivable, AP-accounts payable, MIS/reporting, asset management. - Responsible for customer billing, Taxes, financial outlooks, annual budget planning &amp; monitoring, monthly financial closure, credit and collections. - Receives guidance and support from the business teams and CEO. - Collaborates with the regional business teams to ensure that the financial objectives for the different Lines of Business and Corporate support functions are met. - Responsible for the financial modelling of new business deals within the region, which includes creating the P&amp;L, cash flows, NPV and risk analysis. Attends operational review meetings to assure management insight on the financial risks in business operations. - Responsible for offering financial models, including cost and resource requirements, market pricing, capital requirements, NPV and payback. - Leads financial initiatives that; requires collaboration and relationship with external world - Proactively provides insights (short-term &amp; long-term) into the financial health of the organization to the leadership team.
