Chief Financial Officer - Retail - CA

A leading retail company is hiring for CFO to be a part of Core leadership Team with post qualification experience of 10+ years.

Key Responsibilities :

- The role will be responsible to set up the entire accounting and finance function

- Lead India's financial consolidations and other financial processes

- Oversee accounts, books closing, AP/AR, preparation of periodic financials, and regular MIS reporting

- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization i.e., evaluation of forecasts, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, etc.

- Ensure Statutory Compliances - GST, Income Tax, Payroll management, and liaise with Consultants and Auditors as required for Statutory Audit, return filing, etc.

- Coordinate Banking and Treasury activities for smooth cash flow management

- Provide Financial Control - finalize budgets, set up control and monitoring mechanisms and track variance

- Set up internal control processes and ensure SOPs implementation and adherence

Key Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant (1st attempt) with minimum 10-12 years of post-qualification experience (less than 45 years' age)

- At least 5-6 years' retail industry experience from well-known brands

- Experienced in Accounts, Audit, Statutory Filings, MIS Reporting, GST Compliance, Taxation, etc.
