Job Responsibilities:

- Drive Financial Planning: Lead the development and implementation of the company's financial planning processes.

- Risk Management: Analyze and manage the organization's liabilities and investments to mitigate risks effectively.

- Investment Strategy: Decide on investment strategies considering cash and liquidity risks to optimize returns.

- Fundraising and Capital Structure: Control and evaluate fundraising plans and ensure an appropriate capital structure for the organization.

- Cash Flow Management: Ensure that cash flow is adequate for the organization's operations.

- Supervision: Supervise all finance personnel, including controllers, treasurers, etc.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports, including financial statements, shareholder reports, tax returns, and regulatory filings.

- Finance IT System: Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies regarding financial matters.

- Team Management: Manage a team of financial controllers and financial analysts, providing leadership and guidance.

- Financial Analysis: Direct the preparation and analysis of financial statements, sales projections, budgeting, and expense tracking.

- Strategic Planning: Review the planning process, identify areas for improvement, analyze long-term economic trends, and identify opportunities for expansion.

- Investment Management: Oversee the investment of funds and work with investment bankers to raise additional capital for expansion projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience (typically 4-7 years or more) in senior finance roles, preferably as a CFO or Finance Director.

- Strong understanding of financial management principles, risk management, and investment strategies.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.

- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.

- Experience in implementing and managing finance IT systems and tools.

- Proven track record of driving financial performance and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization.
