Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.

- Provide insightful analysis and advice on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to shape the company's strategic direction.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.

- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.

Operational Oversight:

- Manage financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax functions.

- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Optimize cash flow and working capital management.

Risk Management:

- Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.

- Develop and oversee risk management strategies and insurance programs.

Investor Relations:

- Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.

- Prepare and present financial reports and performance updates to stakeholders and the board of directors.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of finance staff.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role within the retail industry.

- Strong understanding of retail finance, including inventory management, cost control, and revenue forecasting.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
