Role Ownership :

All pervasive responsibility for the finance & accounting functions of the entire group.

Key Abilities :

- Establish team, Build processes, Domain knowledge, Environmental know-how, Competitive intelligence, resourceful, optimization skills, stakeholder management

Role Objectives :

Primary/Short Term Objectives :

- Understand all the group operations, assets, structure and practices.

- Understand the current systems and processes in place.

- Implement any small quick improvements keep track of larger improvements that can be made on the basis of risk exposure.

- Map and standardize across the organization.

- Streamline the accounts and finance department.

- Complete a thorough risk analysis of the organization.

- Start identifying and researching into optimal long term structure systems.

- Create accountability and a team environment in the department.
