Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate Group

Job Responsibilities:

To raise and mobilise Capital for large projects in the Real Estate sector and to structure financial deals effectively.

To maintain close liaison with Financial Institutions, Banks, PE Funds, etc.

Dealing with rating agencies, investors, research groups and maintaining strong relationship with them.

Experience in IPO will be an added advantage.

Capital allocation to various projects depending upon the time line and cash flow priorities to ensure optimal mobilisation of funds.

Ensure timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts are presented to the Management.

Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.

Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.

Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

Required Skill Sets:

Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance)

15+ years of experience in a leadership role in heading the Project Finance function from the Real Estate industry

Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result-orientation.
